About the event
Celebrating the best works from our open-call exhibition with awards for the best painting, ceramics, yarn art, photo and sculpture, judged by a panel including leading art critic Tabish Khan, award-winning figurative artist Karen Turner, event curator Agnieszka Lokaj and The Beach gallery owner Mark Vellacott. Awards for the best written work will be judged by a panel including renowned sports journalist Alison Kervin OBE, and writers Dr Anna Johnson and Millie Walton.
Tabish Khan is a prominent art critic, writer, speaker, podcaster, and curator. Covering everything from major exhibitions to London’s emerging art scene, Tabish writes regularly for Londonist and art magazine FAD, and is co-host of the podcast ‘The Good, The Bad and The Arty’.
